Mustafa Abdalla
Managing Director
Mustafa is a highly experienced and qualified security professional with over two decades of service in the Tasmanian security industry, beginning his career in 2004. His extensive background spans various sectors, including corporate security, crowd control, mobile patrols, and event security.
Mustafa holds a Diploma of Business Management and a Certificate IV in Security Management, underpinning his expertise with strong operational and strategic leadership capabilities.
Over the years, Mustafa has worked with several prominent Tasmanian security firms, gaining valuable frontline and leadership experience. This journey has enabled him to develop a wide-reaching professional network and a deep understanding of the local security landscape.
As Managing Director, he is committed to delivering high standards of professionalism, compliance, and client service in every aspect of security operations. Mustafa’s leadership is driven by a focus on continuous improvement, community trust, and the safety of clients, staff, and the public.
