Mustafa Abdalla, MASIAL
Business Owner & Managing Director
Mustafa is an accomplished and strong security industry professional with over 20 years of experience in the Tasmanian security industry, commencing in 2004. His career encompasses a wide variety of security roles and functions.
As the Owner and Managing Director of United Security Tasmania, Mustafa combines his extensive experience, good leadership and business management skills. Mustafa holds a Certificate IV in Security and Risk Management and a Diploma of Business Management, giving him practical knowledge of operations and a managerial view of strategic direction.
Mustafa has worked for many Tasmanian security companies, and he has extensive experience in frontline service and leadership roles. This journey has built a professional network facilitated by commitment and respect, and a strong understanding of the local security industry environment.
As the Managing Director of United Security Tasmania, Mustafa is committed to professionalism, compliance, and the provision of exemplary service to clients. He promotes a culture of continuous improvement, provides due diligence for client and community trust, and ensures the safety of our clients, staff and the public.
Mustafa is a proud member of the Australian Security Industry Association Limited (ASIAL). As part of his membership, he adheres to superior professionalism and best practice standards.
Jayden Mansfield, MAHRI
Business Manager
Jayden is an experienced business professional with more than 10 years of business operations experience, people management capabilities, and organisational leadership experience. He has led teams, managed systems, and governed the service delivery in a complex environment, making him a part of both the strategic direction and operational leadership of United Security Tasmania.
Jayden has an Advanced Diploma of Management (Human Resources) and a Diploma of Leadership and Management. He continues to actively pursue professional development and enhance his leadership capabilities through study and other professional learning opportunities. He is also a professional member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) and continues to contribute to industry standards, trends, and best practice.
As Business Manager, Jayden leads and governs internal business, manages and maintains relationships with our clients and stakeholders, manages compliance with statutory regulatory frameworks, and enhances our business growth and development, including expanding scope of work for further opportunities within Tasmania.
Jayden‘s strategic insight, industry knowledge, and commitment to excellence within his leadership role as Business Manager plays a key part in establishing and enhancing the successful business operations and the reputation of United Security Tasmania, as a trusted provider of professional security services across Tasmania.
